Epson Supports Business Needs in Today’s Environment

Versatile Point of Sale Solutions, Graphic Sign Printers and Digital Signage Projectors Can Deliver Easy and Affordable Ways to Support Businesses Needs

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. – April 26, 2021 – As businesses continue to face unprecedented challenges in today's environment, many are turning to technology solutions to help address social distancing and customer safety-related messaging. Whether creating personalized labels and receipts, printing signage and disposable menus, or projecting dynamic displays and videos for safety-related messaging, Epson's versatile solutions have allowed businesses to face challenges head-on and overcome obstacles to thrive in today's marketplace.

"As businesses continue to look for additional ways to generate revenue while adhering to safety protocols, new innovations are being utilized in different venues, playing a significant role in getting the hospitality and retail industries back to normal," said Sean Gunduz, director of product marketing, POS Business Solutions, Epson America. "At Epson, we want to make it as easy as possible for businesses to step up to the challenges today's environment has forced upon them by providing a diverse set of solutions that are engineered to deliver outstanding reliability and quality that businesses can count on today and well into the future."

With versatile solutions that make it easier for businesses during today's environment, Epson is offering the following tips for a variety of unique business applications:

Integrate Single-Use Printing: In 2020, many businesses had to pivot to e-commerce for the first time without a solid strategy, and those that already had an online presence were not ready for the influx of delivery, in-store or curbside pickup orders. Businesses can help improve order accuracy with liner-free label printing using a printer like the fast and efficient Epson TM-L90II LFC thermal label printer, which can also be used for receipt printing for drive-through and curbside pickup items. In addition, businesses that now primarily interact with their customers online have lost face-to-face touchpoints they counted on to build customer relationships and loyalty. Adding a personalized touch to packaging can make a big impression and printing customizable high-quality, durable color labels is easy with a printer like the Epson ColorWorks® C3500. And restaurants can integrate single-use menus and marketing materials on a budget with a printer like the Epson WorkForce® Pro WF-C579R that offers high-productivity color printing in-house.

Create Signage to Communicate Important Messages: From social distancing posters, closed section signage, handwashing reminders, and temperature check information to floor graphics for directing traffic flow or guiding social distancing, signage helps businesses tell an important story. A large format printer like the Epson SureColor® T3270 can help businesses create on-demand signs and posters to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

Elevate the Customer Experience with Digital Signage: Businesses looking to create engaging and captivating in-store experiences can add a layer of content on almost anything utilizing digital signage. From glass projection to communicate store information and marketing materials from afar to dynamic wayfinding to increase operation efficiency and implement store safety measures, businesses can create one-of-a kind experiences to elevate their brand. Leveraging a digital signage laser projector, businesses can transform their space into a memorable destination with visual merchandising using QR codes to highlight relevant product information for an enhanced customer experience.
