The DST-R Diffusive Sound Tile Reflector from Auralex is a 12.0 x 12.0" panel with the same shape as a DST-114 panel. Unlike the DST-114 panel, the DST-R is only 1.0" thick, making it ideal for rooms with low ceilings or where installation depth is limited. The tiles are made from lightweight EPS and can be painted using water-based paints only. The tiles are easy to install, and provide a low cost diffusive alternative. The 12.0" squares can be aligned in a number of ways to create a distinctive look. Additionally, the tiles can be used in combination with DST-112 and DST-114 absorbent panels.
